Subject: Call to the Virtual 2023 D2 Winter Council and 2023 D2 Spring Conference

Because of both attendee and financial requirements, the proposed Face-to-Face meeting cannot be held and will be via Zoom.

The 2023 D2 Winter Council and D2 Spring Conference will be held on Saturday, July 08, 2023, from 0900 - Noon or later. This event will be conducted by video conference through ZOOM.  The call will begin at 0900.   You can join either by phone or by computer on line and the Zoom details will be supplied separately.
So we can get an idea of how many plan to participate at the meeting, please click on the one of the following links to let us know.  Any of the links below should generate e-Mail using your own e-Mail client.  If all else fails, send a note to sldarcy@roadrunner.com indicating your attendance decision.

Any Resolutions or Recommendations to be put on the Council Agenda, please send a preliminary copy to the District Secretary at boshkong2022@gmail.com.

To simplify the Squadron Roll call, Squadron representatives or proxies are asked to check in with the District Secretary prior to the start of the meetings at 9:00 am, if they have not already registered for the meeting (see above).

(Under the provisions of the D2 Bylaws, Section 5.8.3: In the absence of a squadron commander or squadron educational officer, a designated squadron member may act as a proxy for the purposes of voting at a district meeting, and in the absence of an officer for whom there is an elected assistant, the assistant may act for the principal.)
